Exterior

Fully enclosed overhangs on A-frame sheds for a clean, finished appearance.
Vinyl siding available to complement your home’s style.
Custom siding matching available upon request.
Wood siding receives two coats of paint or stain for added protection.
Metal siding includes a limited lifetime warranty.

Framing

Wall studs and roof trusses spaced 16″ on center for added structural strength (except Low Barn models).
Top and bottom wall plates included.
Steel gussets reinforce every roof truss.

Doors

Locking double doors standard on sheds and cabins.
Portable garages include one roll-up door and one single entry door.
Diamond-plate thresholds increase durability and reduce wear.

Floor System

4×6 pressure-treated skids for a durable, weather-resistant foundation.
Pressure-treated 2×6 floor joists (except 8′ Low Barn models).
Floor joists spaced 16″ on center for single-wide buildings and 12″ on center for double-wide models.
¾” tongue-and-groove flooring with a 50-year warranty.
Galvanized 3″ ring-shank nails provide superior floor strength.

Roofing

Choice of metal roofing or 25-year architectural shingles.
Standard 5/12 roof pitch.
Drip edge included on every building.
Felt paper installed beneath roofing for enhanced weather protection and longer roof life.
