How It Works

Our Process

Step 1: Pick out one of our buildings we have on the lot or customize your building to fit your needs. Such as colors, style, size, and features.

Step 2: Choose your preferred financial option below:

  • Rent to own option require first month payment down prior to your building being put into the system to get built and ready for delivery.
  • Cash option require 10% down and that gets your building in production and ready to get delivered.

*Our typical turn around times are 2-4 weeks from deposit to delivery.

Step 3: Once you set up your building with Beckden Buildings we will then hand your order off to the builders, once built we will set up a time to get your building delivered.

*The delivery driver will call you on the day off to let you know what time he is expected to be there with your new building.

Step 4: Upon delivery it is required that you have leveling blocks available so our guys can level up your building for you.

*If you don’t have leveling blocks available, please contact our delivery person to provide. ($3/ block) 

Step 5: Enjoy your building.

Rent To Own

With Beckden’s 5-year rent to own option, you will receive the following benefits:
  • Own a shed at the end of 5 years (or less).
  • Design a shed that matches your house or specific taste.
  • Have your items at your home instead of another location.
  • Sheds are multifunctional and can be used to fulfill other needs if storage is no longer needed (man cave, workout room, kids play house, chicken coop,ect.)

Love the look and durability of poly lumber furniture, but not the cost?
We offer financing for all poly furniture ($1,000 minimum, $20,000 max & based on credit score.)
